General Refund Policy: We offer a 14-day refund policy for all digital products. If you have a serious reason for a refund and agree not to use the product, we will honor your request. Online Color Analysis Refund Policy: For our Online Color Analysis service, we offer a refund under the following conditions:

  1. Quality of Information: If you are not satisfied with the quality of the information received.
  2. Process Satisfaction: If you are not satisfied with the process.
  3. Time Response: If we do not confirm receipt of your images within 24 hours and do not send the analysis within 48 hours of confirmation.
  4. Incomplete Information: If the information provided is incomplete.
  5. Unusable Format: If the analysis is delivered in an unusable format.

Please note that we will not issue refunds if the reason is simply that you do not like the season assigned to you. Refund requests must be based on one of the valid reasons mentioned above.
